Dear valued Clients:
Due to the current health climate in our community, we have become short staffed. We are concerned about the health of our employees so we are cutting back on hours of staff. However, we are still here to serve you.
To be helped in the most effective way, here are some guidelines you should follow.
- If you are retailer and have to pay estimated sales tax by March 24, 2020, please do the following:
- Find your resale permit certificate (if for any reason you cannot find it please call us)
- Look in the previous months and take the average sales tax you paid or if you can come up with the actual sales tax collected.
- Write a check make payable to “CA Department of Tax and Fee Administration” and mail your check to the address listed before March 24, 2020.
2 – If you have dropped off your income tax paperwork at the office, it will be completed and emailed to you. Review of paperwork will happen over the phone.
3 – If you have not yet dropped your tax documents, please email a clear statement to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail them to my office at 1600 Dove Street suite 335 Newport Beach CA 92660. Please note the tax documents sent will be processed on the first come first serve bases. Please submit your documents AS AP to avoid any delay.
We really appreciated your co-operation in this sensitive time and we all will do our best to process your taxes in a timely fashion. While you may not be personally affected, this affects our whole community and we must be conscious of our action.
